This firm is not who them claim to be. A flat fee of 3500 was paid to them for probate. They didn't even finish the case and the total is 3700 hundred dollars. I reported them to the bar and being that he had to respond he charged us over a thousand dollars. Several years ago I found myself in need of an Attorney. I was recommended to Sterling Kerr by a friend. I am so thankful to have met him and the staff at his firm. He has helped us in many ways since then and also helped other friends and family members. I would recommend his firm without hesitation.
Sterling Kerr and his staff were by my family's side at our darkest time. We had had all our accounts and money frozen by an unethical debt collector. Sterlings office staff was hugely helpful and understanding. They worked diligently to fix our problem and help us in less than 48 hours. Sterling Kerr stole money from the trust account. I paid him an upfront flat fee for work. He did the work but then held the money and refused to give it back. Sterling doesn't return calls or emails and calls you when he feels like it. I highly recommend not using this firm.
I'm so glad that Sterling was my lawyer. He definitely knew what he was doing; I could tell that he has had plenty of experience in his field. In turn, this made me comfortable knowing that I was getting the best bang for my buck. Sterling and his staff were all so nice and accommodating to me. I can't wait to use his services again!
This law firm took our money and didn't do the work it promised. They never email back, call or inform you of the status of the work they do.
I am extremely disappoint with Sterling Kerr and his law firm as I retained him as our attorney and he was nice and seemed knowledgeable and always returned phone calls and seemed like he would really work the law suit. We even came up with a reasonable agreement and contract we both signed and paid him what was due. Now a couple years later nothing has happened; he didn't work on the case to push it through the court and he won't follow through on the contract and wants to change the agreement to get paid more.
