What can I say about Mr. Kerr? He was timely, incredibly professional, empathetic, realistic and HONEST (which is not something you find in attorneys these days). Marty was very very helpful with the whole process. Had a landlord take me to court to pay for his remodel. Was asking 10,000$ at one point. Marty helped me through the whole thing told me what to say at the end of it only had to lay 225$. Very thankful for him would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney
