Sue Devoe knocks it out of the park for all real estate transactions. She's been my go-to for close to 20 years.
I used Susan Hoblock deVoe on the recommendation of my real estate agent (Mariana DeLuca). Susan was an absolute train wreck. From being unresponsive to time sensitive emails to being incompetent on municipal law, she made the house buying process a stressful one. I would not recommend using her.
