I tried to do the right thing by informing them of my husband's passing, but they blocked me from his account information even though I am legally entitled to all of his possessions and business. Blocked from online access even though I have his username and password. They want me to spend hundreds of dollars and waste the court's and judge's time just to get information. Would not recommend this bank.
They hit me with 10 overdrafts this weekend instead of decking card. When I called to ask about it I was told I signed a paper. I told them I’m changing banks and said that’s light choice. Will never do business with them again. So much for trying to stay local.

I have NEVER had my bank debit card malfunction before. Went to the bank after my embarrassing encounter at HEB, my card was was declined. Went inside to see what was wrong with my card and was told that ALL debit cards were not working, so no available funds even with available funds!!!! I am new to Ingram, new to Kerr County FCU. I’ll be staying in Ingram, not so sure about my new bank. Bad form Kerr County FCU, bad form!!
