Our first year using Mr Kerns for our tax returns went well with no issues. The second year went well until an audit was completed and an error was discovered, with a fee of +2k being issued for correction. We had a absolutely terrible experience at kerns tax this year. Last year we saw sherry and everything was fine. This year we saw Louise and she was rude, short with us and also had to amend our taxes due to her mistake. When I called to inform her about the mistake she tried to blame it on my husband. It then took them over a week to amend our taxes. I spoke to Louise 3 times on the phone each time she hung up on me. Honestly the rudest customer service I have ever experienced around here.
