I called Kerns tax service over a month ago. They sent me too multiple different numbers before reaching an accountant working from home. That accountant then lost my emails and had me resend them. It’s been nearly 2 months with zero contact after calling, texting and emailing multiple emails. The stress and lack of organization is not worth it. Multiple other CPAs eager to earn your business and do a good job. I’ll remove this review if the CPa decided to follow through with the work they promised.
Our first year using Mr Kerns for our tax returns went well with no issues. The second year went well until an audit was completed and an error was discovered, with a fee of +2k being issued for correction. Mr. Kerns acknowledged his mistake and stated he would turn it into his insurance for payment. 6-7 months go by and I am still receiving documents from IRS and am seeking assistance from this office for clarification and assurance that this has been resolved.
