Unresponsive and unprofessional. I reached out to the Kerns Law Group by telephone and I never received a call back, so I decided to send an email via the Kerns Law Group website and I never received a simple yes or no to my question. Seriously how long does it take to type a 2 or 3 letter word? In a nut shell, I and 400 plus other people were led to believe that the Kerns Law Group had agreed to represent us in a lawsuit.
