When it comes to sales, they are prompt, proactive, but pricy. Warranty service and outside warranty service is veey poor. They stock NO parts and they do NOT have a properly trained technician on staff. They use a truck driver to do their repairs. This business is CLOSING, without a new owner interested in buying the business. Purchase your furniture elsewhere, you'll be much better off and happier too.
Don’t waste your time shopping in the city. Kern’s has great selection and competitive pricing. Service in store was prompt & courteous, delivery and take away was well worth the small charge. We’re loving our comfy & cozy chaise lounge sofa, perfect for the holidays.
