Sandra is a great communicator and so helpful in finding us the perfect dining table and chairs. I was a little skeptical about investing in furniture I could only see in photos online, so I was especially delighted to find that the "real thing" exceeded my expectations in every way. Coast Furniture Direct is such an asset here on the Sunshine Coast, where it's impossible to find really great, high-quality and stylish furniture in our brick and mortar stores. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Trust the process! Sandra was very helpful. We ordered a sectional with a queen pull out in a fabric more durable for pets. Yes it takes a bit longer to get but worth it. The cushions feel firm and sturdy, the queen pull out is smooth and tucks away nice. We got the Emerald velvet fabric, it's gorgeous.
Sandra was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely give her a call if you are looking for furniture on the coast. She helped us find a suitable couch for our home within our price range on short notice. Don't worry if you can't find prices or stock on the website, give her a call and she'll walk you through the process. We ended up with a way better sofa at a better price then we could find at The Brick.

And finally, by choosing a rocker model, we discover... read more
Sandra went over and above for us with a warranty issue we had. She truly is one of the few people who still believe customer service is important. I was pretty hard on her at first with my frustrations. I can totally see why her store in Gibson’s was so successful and I can 100% recommend her and her. Thank you so much!
