Let me tell you how wonderful the Paris recliner is, especially for me, short at about 5’ in height. The seat is at the perfect height to sit and stand up. The head rest pad is low enough to protect my neck. The arms match where my elbows are. The recliner positions offer decent posture and lower back support. The comfort level is not too soft nor too firm. Kudos to the original thinkers, wherever they may be, who thought to supply a USB attachment beside recliner buttons. Sandra went over and above for us with a warranty issue we had. She truly is one of the few people who still believe customer service is important. I was pretty hard on her at first with my frustrations. I can totally see why her store in Gibson’s was so successful and I can 100% recommend her and her. Thank you so much!

Great local company. Sad they are closing
When it comes to sales, they are prompt, proactive, but pricy. Warranty service and outside warranty service is veey poor. They stock NO parts and they do NOT have a properly trained technician on staff. They use a truck driver to do their repairs. This business is CLOSING, without a new owner interested in buying the business. Purchase your furniture elsewhere, you'll be much better off and happier too.
