Excellent service from Kernow Models. Ordered items were a good price and arrived the next day free delivery, extremely well packaged and in good order. Over the phone advice from friendly staff much appreciated too.
Refused to replace a model lost by the post office. Claiming that the post office may lose it again if they send a new one. O feel like I'm being punished/accused for others breaking rules, The Post Office, by forging my signature. Edit, I replied straight away that I'd not got it, not signed for it and it and why wouod it be with neighbours when there's a photo of it dumped outside my door, depute having signed for tracking. It's perfectly safe to deliver to me with signed for if royal mail do as they're paid to, get a sign... read more
