I was waiting in line here today with a bunch of us waiting in both line, and in the little waiting area. When i imagine its the loan specialist, recognizes someone who barely got in line and took care of their deposit ahead of everyone else who has been waiting. This is unacceptable to have preferential treatment based on nepotism.
I went to this location to complained a unauthorized charges, Ma'am Samantha help me fix the problem she is so nice and she does solved the problem, thank you :)
