Very bad customer service Horrible bank always problems with their "system" and the customer service is very bad. They treat you like a collection agency would if you have a gripe about your acct. Its no wonder they have had to close 4 branches Lines are GAWD AWFUL
Good Rates, Busy We just joined this credit union in town ? they have the best rates in comparison to other local credit unions. They do make up for offering the higher savings rates by having some fees that are higher than the other local credit unions so I would suggest you make sure that you don?t use their ?fee? services frequently. One thing that I don?t like about this credit union is that their branches seem to be sooooo busy all of the time (long lines).
