I’m extremely disappointed in Kern Hill. Although the furniture was nice and the purchasing process smooth, the delivery experience has ruined the whole experience. Kern Hill contracts out to some know-nothing, stair-phobic, 3rd party courier for deliveries. This courier can’t tell you what time they’ll be there except sometime between 8 AM and 5 PM the day of. We had no idea what to look for when furniture shopping for our first home but Preston made the process easy - he was friendly and very helpful. We bought a couch we love at a good price and they delivered and set up as well. Movers were quick and respectful of our space. Will be referring more people here that are looking for furniture and friendly service.
We stopped in to look at possibly purchasing a mattress but not 1 staff member even acknowledged us so we left and will never return
