If you're disabled, don't bother using this credit union. They found out that I was using my mom's debit card to do her shopping and pay her bill and denied her a new debit card when the old one quit working

Good attention and service
So another bad experience including credit card fraud and lack of accountability. Long story short scammers are using the same phone number as this exact branch. So if you get a call from the same number as this rosedale branch ask if they are comfortable with you coming in. Anyway between the CC company and strata it’s been a year of them failing to deliver I’ve had to keep reporting it as lost stolen and finally when I get this “solved” they say we’ll rush it and you can pick it up here in a few days… oh wait it’ll be 3-4 ... read more
