If you enjoy getting paid on time don’t use this credit union. I’ve banked with Strata for nearly a decade and about once a month their direct deposit system decides to shut down and all transactions and deposits are suspended. Sometimes it’s for an hour, other times it’s for a week. It’s extremely stressful to know your bank may not give you your money/paycheck in a timely manner or at all and leaving you SOL with little/no communication. My peace of mind has been shattered so many times by Strata.
If you're disabled, don't bother using this credit union. They found out that I was using my mom's debit card to do her shopping and pay her bill and denied her a new debit card when the old one quit working
