I never write reviews of this kind as I usually find some redeeming qualities. This firm struck me as very unprofessional. I left 2 separate website portal inquiries and one v-mail. None were returned. I called again and got the receptionist this time who referred me to the Marketing Director who I actually spoke to. She apologized and said she did see my portal inquiries and said she would forward to a team member to get back to me right away. Ok, never thought I would do a review for an accounting/tax/bookkeeping firm...but here I am. When you get above and beyond service now a days you need to celebrate it and pass it on. Our company is only 6 years old but growing quite rapidly. We had been through 2 firms for our accounting, tax prep and strategy in the first 4 years with nothing bad but not really any beneficial or extra positive to report.
