For me, the Kerin Health Pilates classes achieve something very few exercise classes can, the feeling that you’ve really worked your muscles (usually the next day!!), but also the feeling that by attending, you’ve treated yourself. Joining morning classes was a lovely grounding start to my day.
I have had 2 massages with Rach and I have really enjoyed them. Rach is very attentive to individual needs and always checks in to see how you are feeling. She has a lovely way of making you feel comfortable and allows you to relax and switch off and be in the moment. I can tell Rachel really cares for her clients and would happily continue having massage with Rach
I absolutely love the reformer classes at Kerin Health. All the instructors are incredible and every class is welcoming, supportive and so much fun. You always leave feeling stronger and more confident.
