This was one of the most frustrating medical experiences I’ve had. I repeatedly voiced concerns about my symptoms, but they were minimized and attributed to issues that would supposedly improve with more fiber. I was sent for a colonoscopy while the actual problem—a fistula—went undiagnosed. I ultimately required emergency treatment and surgery. Horribly rude
This person is a bully. I picked her, after a previous PCP "didn't work out" and at first she seemed decent. In August of 2025 I was admitted to Marymount hospital in the ER. Thankfully my Amazon delivery driver called 911 For me, as I was going into anaphylaxis. Still no answer as to why. Ms. WAKER saw me (finally) for a follow up visit in October of 2025. On the morning of the scheduled surgery at Westlake, we were informed that the anesthesiologist had determined that my mother was not fit for surgery. His explanation was that her protein levels were low and we were told to follow up with her primary care physician and reschedule surgery at the main campus. Don't trust the website! Hours are different than those shown we went to get Xrays on Saturday morning and they were closed! Website showed they supposed to be open until 1:00pm.
Betsy Garratt lacks in patience & has a cold bedside manner. I only saw her because I was referred to her by my primary care doctor. She didn't offer a solution or any recommendations for my condition.
Great doc. The one star reviews sound unhinged I have seen her for years and have had the best care.
Very disappointed with the overall experience with Breanna and her staff. All she wound up doing was sending me to get hip injections which I already had a source for. It was a waste of 6 weeks of my time. Never heard from her after our initial meeting. Back to square one!
