I would select 0 stars if possible. The woman at the scale house is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. She is disrespectful and rude to many drivers, unprovoked. This is not a good representation of your business. If she hates her job that much she should find other employment, preferably somewhere where she doesn't have to interact with people. She is the face of your business to many people and it's not a good look for your company.
