An absolute joke of a law firm! Called them like 20 times over 2-3 weeks period to talk about the process of our application, the receptionist told me that i will put you on top of the list to get a call back from Peggy, but she never called or emailed! We emailed them like 3 months ago to update our passport details and it has never been done.
