I would highly recommend Kerala Ayurveda to all those looking for a holistic, Ayurvedic solutions for their chronic ailments. This was my first Panchakarma and I’m very impressed. The consultation was detailed and holistic, the treatments were excellent, and the entire staff is warm and supportive. I’m preparing for the 3100-mile race and chose Panchakarma as part of my training and recovery. I feel fantastic — lighter, clearer, and full of energy. Highly recommend!
