A huge shout out to Kerry and Lachlin who assisted with an excavation project to remove a neighbour's encroachment. They were extremely friendly and accommodating - excellent customer service skills. The situation with the neighbour was very sensitive and they worked with all parties to ensure the project was completed to everyone's satisfaction.
