In March of 2025 I had a total knee replacement on my right knee. I worked with Cassie Caldwell and Hannah Sacora during my rehabilitation. The post op pain and rehab were extremely difficult the first six weeks but Cassie and Hannah never gave up on me. They were always positive and encouraging. Kylie and Riley are amazing. They were kind and professional each time I saw them for my frozen shoulder. They helped me work my shoulder and gave me easy to understand exercises to do at home. I was back to normal sooner than I expected!
