This service is the worst. Buses are always late and then late some more. The drivers will leave in your face. The drive is super slow. 40 minutes and still no bus at the shuttle lot with a line, then Ill have to wait 10+ minutes at the lot when it arrives and then 30 more to circle 3 times around the airport before I finally get to the parking lot. This is unbelievable how there are any 5 stars on this service. I have no clue.

GM & AGM at this place are an absolute joke. Have no idea how an operation runs. Do better with your hiring process Keolis

We just got back from our honeymoon and we forgot where we parked as we had to rush to our gate due to accidents on the freeway so here comes victor campbell he works for keolis this man took the time to go floor by floor clicking my fob to find my car after almost two hours he located the car needless to say we were so grateful to him for taking the time and effort to help us Great worker but a greater person Thank you Victor Campbell

25 minutes waiting for the bus to pick us up at the emoyee parking lot. Called Keolis dispatch to find out when the bus was going to arrive and the question to how long between bus pickups was answered, " Keolis is not a scheduled pickup, the bus gets there when it gets there" followed by a hangup right then and there. Total trip time 39min.

Employee shuttles are infested with roaches!
