I have no words. Keolis can not handle the simple job of moving a small fleet of busses from 2 stops at the airport. Several Out of service buses at a time that just pass you by in the parking lot. long lines at airport stops during peak hours when dispatch should know we need extra buses. It's not that hard and you do it every day. Find out how to do it right. Do better Keolis, do better. Broward County should give the contract to someone that can.
Traffic at the perimeter and around the airport is horrendous even after the holiday season ;it occurs every Thursdays to Mondays;9am till around 1pm.I would suggest management and dispatcher to have at least one employee bus report Traffic at perimeter and around the airport,and if a bus driver witness a horrendous traffic they should report to dispatch,and dispatch should then have the next employee buses travel thru the airport in and out via Griffin Rd until Traffic cools down otherwise employees could risk being late.Th... read more
