We bought two ferry tickets on 7/4 but the ferry never showed up as advertised on the board next to the port. There were a few dozens of people waited for about an hour and had to leave. We contacted their customer service. They refused to refund us. Will never use their services again.
My experience working at this company was extremely disappointing. There appears to be a lack of support and respect for lower-level employees, and I witnessed what I believe were unfair practices and poor handling of workplace concerns. The company does not seem to follow its own protocols, and the "see something, say something" policy is not effectively upheld. I would advise others to proceed with caution when considering employment here.
Got stuck waiting on a commuter line train to Lowell for 40 minutes with no updates. The train doors were open and so we all got on just to sit there for a very long time without any idea why we weren't moving. Yankee shuttle bus crew that was operating due to track closures and got us to the stop was kind enough to eventually figure out that Keolis straight up didn't crew the train.
