I understand that there was a massive snow storm but, if your trains are not going to go to the final stop please let people know about it beforehand. Today myself and other passengers were told to get off the train at TF Green Airport that it was the last stop. No shuttle busses. Just the see you later bye. I find this very unacceptable. This is not how you run a company and expect people to come back and use the service again. I will not be coming back for a very long time if at all. I am stranded at the airport.
The absolute worst performance, worst attitudes, and shitty service. Would rate lower if possible.
I don’t know how you train your employees but you are failing badly! One of your employees was about to destroy my bicycle on the train last Tuesday night when I took the commuter rail at 8:15 pm from Braintree to South Weymouth. First of all, see if you qualify for a TAP pass so you can give these clowns the least amount of money possible. They're inept, incompetent, and inferior to any other public transportation service. They just have a monopoly on operations. If you aren't going to the end of the line, don't bother with a ticket, they don't check until the last few stops and even then they only check on about half my rides.
