Parts is expensive but service side is amazing
Baljeet is a great guy—very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. He’s always helpful and goes out of his way to assist with anything you need. Really appreciate his service and professionalism. Highly recommend!
We were visiting Canada from the UK and was driving past and saw all the trucks. My son has autism, and loves trucks. We went into reception and asked if it was ok to have a look around outside. At that point one of the employees was coming down (sadly forgot his name) and he said he would show us some of the trucks. He even got the keys to one and my son got to go inside. Can’t thank them enough. Will go back again when we come back
I’m sharing my personal experience with newer Kenworth trucks. We purchased 2023 and 2024 models, and within just 1–2 years, we’ve faced multiple issues. Unfortunately, once the 24-month warranty period ended, major components like the turbo and DPF were no longer covered — leaving us to absorb significant repair costs. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying newer Kenworth models at this time. Our experience with their service department was one of the most **dishonest, incompetent, and unprofessional interactions** we have ever had with a dealership. We brought our truck in for a specific issue.
