Would give 0 stars if i could. I worked at the concord location as a service technician. Tried calling dixie for a part number for oil pan on a isx 15. But the parts worker who was assisting me was being very rude kept giving attitude. Saying he wouldn’t give part number as if he owns the entire dealership. Better off going to concord. People like this shouldn’t be allowed to work. Not professional at all. Manager please have a word with this fellow. My name is Vishnuram if you need to contact me.
