Bat infested, neglected, outrageously priced for what you get. Go anywhere else in the end its worth it. This place sucks you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and they hear you. They will add fees and charges for everything so in the end you pay out more then rent in a decent place.
As a senior who’s lived under several management companies at La Vie Properties, I’m very happy with how things are now. The building is beautiful, well-designed, and well cared for. It feels safe with secure key card access, and maintenance is always prompt and thorough. Having all utilities included makes it affordable and easy to budget. Remodeled units, great price, all utilities included, nice property, and if you have kids, there’s a daycare behind, what more could you ask for?
Great for college students and small families. Super affordable and right in the heart of Hickory, which makes it really convenient to commute from work or the gym! The maintenance crew has always been extremely nice and the management is just as polite. The apartments are completely modernized with appliances, amenities, and key card access. 10/10
Compared to the price range of any other apts or condos in the immediate area , these are by far worth the rent. Granite countertops, tile showers, the security of a key card needed to enter the buildings. The maintenance staff is very friendly, helpful and prompt when they are notified of even the smallest issue. A great rental experience
