I've been here close to 2 years, I referred to it as the projects of Pullman Washington. CAC failure to manage to follow their own lease agreement in area's that put tenants at HIGH risk with the open door practice to any and all. Top it off my appartment was entered in the past week when i wasn't home with NO notification for NON-EMERGENCY entry!!!!....HUD compliance??? I am going to have to request Vista to weatherize (have requested) as the seal in my windows have deteriorated to the point that outside air come in around ... read more
