At first my experience was great, I found very quickly what I looked for and delivery was quick, but the driver damaged the gutter of my neighbor's house while driving back. I contacted the store and they promised to fix it. After two weeks waiting time no repair so far and they are just ignoring my messages. Very disappointing 😞
Apparently they don’t deliver to QLD, but their website let me purchased putting a QLD address for delivery, after paying I was told they don’t deliver to QLD, then I was told I will receive a refund but they took 3 weeks to process the refund, 3 weeks without a sofa and without the money to buy another sofa, and the continuous chasing for them to process the refund…
