The Kentucky Restaurant Association advocates for business owners in the hospitality industry and works to provide training resources needed for owners, managers and employees to ensure their success. They strive to keep members engaged and regularly solicit feedback from members to ensure their focus is honed to what is relevant to them.

These people actually represent the restaurant owners, certainly not the employees of restaurants. This organization sued to have the minimum wage increase in Louisville reversed in 2016, an increase that would have improved the standard of living for the hard working employees that are apparently taken for granted by some owners.
