I am not sure what changed from reviews from years ago, but I will say that I have never experienced problems like this with any other online platform EVER. I have expressed my concerns and while the person responding is nice, I have to wait again for the same issues of the system spinning in a circle and not advancing which wastes HOURS of time trying to get the courses to work as they should. I am currently taking the KY Realtor Licensing course. A lot of the questions are not covered in the text book or in the powerpoint slides that you review. Currently on module 3 and will finish course but I expected more considering the positive reviews before starting this course. Its more so trial and error with the exams at the end of the module due to the gaps in course content and the textbook you are directed to purchase. In person training would be better if it was offered. Also, several typos through course content.

The instructor Kent was great! I have done pre licensing online but never had the personal touch this company provides.
