I have never had so many issues with a bank before not only does there online website keep locking you out of your account for logging in the specific way they tell you to so it WONT lock you out And then you have to keep calling to get it fixed Not a problem the website aren't the peoples fault However when i call more then half and hour before they close and they leave me on the waiting call for 50 minutes, past 20 minutes after they close just so they can close there lines for the day Don't Come Here It A Waste Of Money A... read more
25 Years we've been with KFB now and I have to say that We've Never had a problem with anyone who works there or has anything ever went wrong with our money or acct! Gosh we DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Kentucky Farmers Bank to anyone in question about it...
Now after hours support Debit cards fail to work often constantly have issues logging in to account on the mobile app and website working with other financial institutions or anything in the modern era of finance is next to impossible KFB is 50 years in the past I would not be surprised if this bank is not around within a decade or two
