Got to work with Bryan Dollins on a recent home buying experience. He came to the table with a much appreciated “ gonna get it done attitude” I had it in mind that I wanted to do a 0 down VA loan and even if it was not the best/ easiest route for my situation he went the full distance. Even collecting info for other routes just in case the VA was a no-go. Was a very smooth transaction from my side though I’m sure he and his team had to work for it! Great all around. Quickest closing I’ve ever had! Even during the holiday’s Bryan managed to have everything ready to close 12 days earlier!! Loved that he was always accessible, as a realtor communication is key! Thank you so much Bryan !

Working with Bryan to secure our VA Loan for new house was as good an experience as can be. He is responsive, friendly and helpful along the way. Kentuckiana Mortgage is a middle man, meaning that the process is driven from forces above but Bryan does his best to keep things moving, is very careful about he commits to since expectations once set are reality and he is very thorough. I would definitely use him again, but, I hope this is my last new house.
