Hands down the best experience ever! Keith was exceptional! Professional. Willing to go the distance. Did a lot of the grunt work compared to others. For 8 months I’ve been trying to close on purchasing my rent to own home, I went through several mortgage agencies, including my personal bank, credit unions and rocket mortgage, and after denial after denial I came across Keith with Kentuckiana mortgage. I don't normally leave reviews but buying a home is hard but Keith definitely made it easier. Many mortgage brokers will have really good service and then charge you a high rate; they are salesman. Keith looks out for you; he was available at nearly all times to help with the process. He has amazing customer service and will beat other broker's rates and closing costs.
