Josh Gillespie was our mortgage broker for refinancing our home. He is so knowledgeable about managing our accounts and made this transaction very easy and uncomplicated!! We had no worries as Josh Gillespie was on our side. He even knocked off 5 years of payments!! That’s a big deal at our age! We can’t say enough great things about him and his work.
You have to wonder why all professionals in the business real estate and mortgage loans etc aren’t trained by Brad Sea. This guy gave me a solid plan and informed me on what to expect in terms of my purchase and simply made it happen. A+++ communication. A+++ professionalism. A+++ knowledge of his business and stress free most importantly. 10 out of 10.
