Kent and Brittany were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us get approved so quickly! Kent checked to ensure we received the best possible rate before locking it in, and he found an even better one at the last minute! Our title company even mentioned that it was a breath of fresh air to have everything over a week before closing especially during Covid challenges and backlogs. We would highly recommend working with them to save you time in the process and to get the best rate possible.

Kent and his team were very professional and helpful throughout the loan process. His online portal was easy to navigate, and made quick work of the upload of sensitive documents. He made sure we were choosing the right mortgage loan for our situation, and was extremely responsive at all hours including nights and weekends to put our minds at ease. Kent was great to work with as we purchased our first home in Dallas. He did a lot of legwork for us over a year ago before we moved here and stayed in touch until we were ready to buy a home. He was responsive and attentive, even meeting with us on a Saturday. He discussed all of our options and provided great customer service (and great rates) along the way.
