David Mardiros ignored our direction about settling an action against Associated Property Management and instead went behind our backs and told opposing counsel that our action was only worth 40,000 dollars.....which was exactly what we had paid David and Kent Employment Law. We tried to speak to David Kent about this conduct, but he refused to call and simply emailed "we support David in this decision." David wasn't taking our direction, he went against what he promised.
