Rude owner, not a good neighbor, decided to store our wine elsewhere.

Dishonorable people. I would store wine somewhere else. The employees told me one thing, then two months later the owner overrode them, then they stopped communicating and hung me out to dry.
Have stored wines with Kent since 2019. No amenities, but then it's priced accordingly. Since John took over as cellar manager the public areas are much cleaner, and he's very communicative as well. Great work.
