My mother has been in the nursing home at Kensington Village for a few months now and I am pleased to say I have no regrets. I go there several times a week and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is clean and the food is good. They encourage my mom to go to activities of which there are many. They keep in touch with me if anything occurs such as a fall or treatment for illness. My mother was tearful about coming to a nursing home but she is now happy and involved. Thank you Kensington staff!

I recently stayed at Kensington Village Retirement Home TCU for rehab after having my hip surgery, and I truly appreciate all the help and care I received. I have nothing but gratitude for the staff. Where to start , I wouldn't want ny dog to stay here . My dad fell multiple times under there "care" , he seemed to only get worse each day he was there. The English isn't great with most of the staff , some have kindness but most simply do not care , Naz, bob and Derek were the absolute worst . No heart ,no empathy , Derek guilt tripped my father, and I had an 79 dad asking me if he was a bad dad and if I loved him.shame on you lot.
