I recently stayed at Kensington Village Retirement Home TCU for rehab after having my hip surgery, and I truly appreciate all the help and care I received. I have nothing but gratitude for the staff. Where to start , I wouldn't want ny dog to stay here . My dad fell multiple times under there "care" , he seemed to only get worse each day he was there. The English isn't great with most of the staff , some have kindness but most simply do not care , Naz, bob and Derek were the absolute worst . No heart ,no empathy , Derek guilt tripped my father, and I had an 79 dad asking me if he was a bad dad and if I loved him.shame on you lot. Management sucks!
I only posted one star because I had to put a post on. Unbelievable home. Some staff truly care but for the majority if staff and management, the place is despicable. Total confusion between staff and family members and only to seem to care when family is around. Couldn't wait to get our mother out of there, but unfortunately she passed before getting a chance to leave..and still makes our family wonder, what if she was at a home that cared, could the outcome have been different.. lucky they recieved one star..
