This place has a amazing sense of communuty within the residents and there always doing somethhing pretty cool , its been fmgreat for my nana!
this is very nice place to live.
Have friends that moved into this retirement village 10 years or more ago, paid around $450k & probably worth $650/700k today & remember you never fully own it. Previous builder/Owner sold it Cpl yrs ago as years & years ripping the residence off & village always in the red…every member of his family was on the payroll & not working there. New owners well the honey moon period is over & yes cost of living has gone up but it’s being said greed.
