I purchased a bed and mattress on 1/12/24. After 5 given delivery dates, the bed finally arrived on 2/23/24 with imperfections in the veneer and a crushed power source for the lights in the headboard. A call was made to their customer service department and also a trip to the store. That was on 2/23/24. There has been no "repair" to the new bed arranged or receipt of a new power source. Attention Veterans this business does not care about you! I am an ** ************ **** Veteran who purchased a sofa and dining set last year and never received the product. My partner and I made the purchase because the items were in stock, but they went ahead behind our backs and sold them off elsewhere when they were supposed to hold it for us (HOW IMMORAL). Bought a large L couch three years ago. Our warranty with KF was for two years and then went to the manufacturer.The couch tore from a key in someones back pocket. I called KF and they told me I would have to contact Guardian, the manufacturer, which I did. I asked them to send me a copy of the warranty, including what it covers. It said accidental tears were covered. Called Guardian, told the girl what happened and she told me it should be covered. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! When I purchased a sofa and dining set I was told they were in stock and would be held until my move date. When I called to schedule the delivery, I was informed that Kensington had sold my items and I would have to wait 6 weeks for replacements. They did absolutely nothing to contact me about my furniture before they sold it to someone else and did nothing to compensate my missing items. I will never shop there again,
