We’re in a pandemic and I thought that there wasn’t supposed to be late fees attached to your payments nor your loan? When I spoke with Maria she had advised that I pay a $20 fee in Order for me to skip 2 months of car payment and if I was to sign off on it that my loan payment will increase.
