I went to visit a sick relation. Its a wonderful friendly atmosphere the staff do a great job there and all patients looked after with care and friendliness. You can even stay and have a meal there with the person you are visiting. I thinking irs great.
Worst management!
While the onsite staff and nurses provide adequate care I have had an absolute horrible time dealing with the finance department of Kensington Aged Care known as BACG. They have incorrectly removed money from my account and then have not been able to work out how to refund me correctly even up until now. They do not apologise and nor do they care about the families. They ignore correspondence and they have even told me "we do not deal with complaints during payroll week". Then they can't even fill out the name on the cheque ... read more
