TLDR: very snarky employees and disorganized communication. I rented a whole ski set and there was confusion about the rental dates but the last person I spoke to said they’d give me until the 6th. On the 5th, an employee called me to return the gear and told me it was past due. He gave blatant attitude. Fixed my problem and the service was great. Ethan made sure the problem was fixed properly and even took the time to explain the repairs to me.

Friendly customer service at Ken's was always hit and miss, so I stopped going several years ago. However, I returned, recently, to see about getting an estimate for a bike tune-up, as in a ballpark price. The mechanic said he couldn't give me any estimate or information without first seeing the bike. I accepted that, but left feeling badly because he seemed irritated by my questions, like I was wasting his time. I figured he was perhaps having a bad day, so I brought the bike in a few days later.
