Great technicians. Very professional and knowledgeable. They had everything they needed to hang the TV including a vacuum to clean up. I will certainly use Ken’s again.
I brought my car here to fix my radio/speakers connection to each other. I was told when I made the appointment it would take no longer than 2-3 hours and to bring it in at 9:00am. I did as I was told and brought it in at 9:00 and was told I would get a call in a few hours and to just hang around the area until I could pick it up. I bought a stereo and had it installed at some discount shop, hoping to save a couple bucks. Unfortunately, the work was not up to standard, so I took it to Ken's. Scott took a look at it, helped me diagnose the issues, and told me a couple things I could do on my end to make things a little bit better. He talked to me about systems and installations that Ken's could provide, but it was in an honest, helpful, and informative way. Very pleasant. Made my purchase easy and smooth.
I purchased a security system for my home over 6 years ago from Ken’s. I had to change phones a couple of times and we switched internet companies once. Me being somewhat technologically challenged, I could not remember how to navigate the system onto my new phone or internet. Kurt (service tech) has patiently walked this senior citizen through this process each time. He even face-timed me to see what screen I was utilizing.
