I bought a stereo and had it installed at some discount shop, hoping to save a couple bucks. Unfortunately, the work was not up to standard, so I took it to Ken's. Scott took a look at it, helped me diagnose the issues, and told me a couple things I could do on my end to make things a little bit better. Very pleasant. Made my purchase easy and smooth.
I purchased a security system for my home over 6 years ago from Ken’s. I had to change phones a couple of times and we switched internet companies once. Me being somewhat technologically challenged, I could not remember how to navigate the system onto my new phone or internet. Kurt (service tech) has patiently walked this senior citizen through this process each time. He even face-timed me to see what screen I was utilizing. Scott provided great customer service when taking a care of my vehicle. Even though the original stereo installation was more than 5 years ago, he stayed after hours and resolved the issue with professionalism and speed.
I have waited until my disappointment and anger has subsided before I posted this. So now that emotion has calmed down, I say this "I wish I never let Ken's Audio put their hands on my vehicle" for me to get an Amp and Speakers I had to return 4 times and still had to get another company to FIX their damage. This place costed me a battery! Because thier wiring was so subpar! I had to hope my vehicle would start because they replaced speakers and installed an amp.
