Most PCAs were great and some LPNs were also excellent - I thank them for the dedication. The business manager was always lovely and responsive as well. When my grandfather first moved in, the resident care coordinator they had at the time was also very good. Food was good quality and there were a lot of great activities and music and the recreation staff were great. The pond is lovely and we loved walking around it together.
