I have been a client since 2019 and recently my insurance was cancelled. I have been trying to get ahold of my agent Mariana for the past 2 months she called me back 1 time and told me she will call me right back and never did! I texted her for 2 days straight and never replied to my messages. when I call the office they just transfer me to her. Thank you very much for your assistance you provided for me today. You went above and beyond my expectations. Due to a surgery I had, I was doing my taxes late. I called to see if I could go earlier than my appointed time and the office staff said yes. I got out early out of my physical therapy appointment and was hurting. As soon as I was dropped off by the front door, a young man, member of their staff went to meet me by the car to assist me due to wearing a boot and trying to get my crutches off. We get our taxes done every year at Kenny Ong's. 3 years ago I started my own personal business and now we get our taxes done there with a gal named Claudia who does business accounts. She is professional, efficient, personable, and smiles, even at this very busy time of year. Their prices there are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!
