Some repairs required to infrastructure around older Ziptrak blinds. Graham and James more than obliging with advice and physical assistance. Well and truly over and above with service and friendly, timely help. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks fellah.
Tried to get a roller door fixed that they installed 4 years ago. I was happy to pay travelling time & all the charges, after ringing 5 times in 3 weeks & being told he will ring me back after talking to his worker. Not once did he ring back. The lack of service & care for their customers is the worst I've ever experienced. Would have given them 0 stars if I could have.
Approched Kennetts of Kadina in november 23. Rang again in December 23 2 more times spoke with James. Rang again in January 24. And guess what still no reply to my enquiry for A quote. 4 times and still no phone call to set a time or appointment. The service or lack of is mind blowing . How do these people actually make any money .A call to say no thank you would be appreciated if not interested in doing any work. .not even worthy of a 1 star rating .
Organised outdoor ziptrak blinds. Once installed never worked properly. Called to come and fix but nothing happened. Really disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.
