Dreadful dreadful dreadful! Customer service? What a joke. We had 2 external roller shutters installed and had problems with one in particular from the get go. Long story short, 8+ promises over an 8 month period, all no shows! A blind stuck in the down position and they couldn’t get their act together to come and fix it. We recently contracted Kennetts of Kadina to erect a basic veranda, they were dearer but because they were peninsular based and organised everything from council approval to erecting the veranda, we opted for them.The workmanship was so bad that I have paid for a professional to fix it up as we did not trust Kennetts of Kadina to attempt any repairs. Kennetts of Kadina installed blinds in our new house. The workmanship was disappointing.Two holes were drilled on the front of the architrave instead of on the side, I knew about these because I was present.Five screwdriver indentations were left in other rooms with no acknowledgment of their existence.
