Staff is wonderful and considerate. Ken is a great lawyer. Very kind and really cares about people. The woman who wrote about the staff was angry because she parked in the law firms private parking lot and was asked to move her vehicle.

Needed some out of province papers signed by a lawyer, Ken and everyone else I was in contact with from their office were all super friendly, helpful and pleasant!

I found that he withheld information which caused me to be off work much longer than I needed to be, Also encouraged me to pay for items and claim them back from ICBC rather than get ICBC to pay for them directly, I'm guessing If I claimed them back then he got a cut of the expense in his contingency

absolutely worst experience ive had with a lawyer.. where do i even begin.. from cancelling appointments we had patiently waited for over and over again ( me driving in from kelowna and him cancelling when i arrived). extremely frustrating driving into town for an appointment then told " he needs to reschedule"as i arrive to the office and this not only happened once but numerous times. also the fact that i kept having to bring in the exact same information/papers over and over for some reason im unsure of... maybe he lost t... read more
