I have very high prescription and and astigmatism and he is the only doctor that can properly correct my vision.
I have a degenerative and rare eye disease so I go to Dr. Mendelsohn regularly to get new refractions for my screwed up sight. Not only is he extremely kind, he is truly incredible at his work, and he does everything on his own. Thoughtful and thorough and with so much varied experience. I usually come in feeling like there is no hope, but I always leave with a solution.
Dr Mendelsohn is a GOD SEND! I have the condition Keratoconus in which Dr Mendelsohn was able to find regular size contacts (if you have the condition, you know the struggle with the smaller lens). I’ve been going to him for almost 10 years and trust only him with my eyesight. With My last visit especially, we found a new contact that offers so much comfort - I can’t thank him enough! Don’t ever retire. :)
I’ve been coming here for years. Old school office but dedicated staff. I highly recommend Dr. Mendelsohn.
