Ken could improve by giving ALL his clients the courtesy of a professional response when they have a question or concern about their tax return, even if that occurs before the April 15th filing deadline! He was sarcastic and rude when he replied to my e-mail on April 2nd and told me not to call his office, that he wouldn't be calling me and that I should send the IRS the documents they requested on my own.
