I highly recommend Kenneth Marks. I was denied my first submission to SSDI and decided to hire Mr. Mark's to represent me moving forward. He filed my appeal and had my Dr. fill out a few extra forms that were not submitted with my original paperwork. I was approved in the reconsideration filing that Mr. Marks submitted. If you're reading and contemplating this, yes, you need a lawyer. I had a catastrophic accident that rendered me disabled, and my social security disability claim was denied twice. There was one problem, even though my claim was valid, unless you speak the language of the system it's going to spit you out.
