I have come unannounced and unexpected to visit my mother. Three times she's been clean, dressed, and appears well taken care of. Her room is in clean condition, her bed made, and she seemed to enjoy her meal replacement shake. The home does not smell like urine and I believe my mom is getting good care. Thank you.
Wonderful, caring staff, great activities, and the food is delicious. Absolutely nothing negative to say. All employees seem happy, and look after the residents as if they were family.
